1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using EduCareer Network, you agree to these Terms and to our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
2. The service
EduCareer Network is an independent private education and career support platform. We provide educational content, downloadable resources, an AI-assisted readiness score, and paid consultations with independent experts. Guidance is informational and does not constitute legal or immigration advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 16 or older to register.
4. Memberships and payments
Premium membership and consultation fees are charged via Flutterwave. Prices are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, memberships and completed consultations are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Consultation payments are non-refundable. Bookings may be rescheduled while the original payment remains valid — subject to expert availability and administrator approval — at no additional cost.
If the applicant does not attend the scheduled session (no-show), the payment is forfeited and no refund is issued.
If the expert does not attend, the appointment will automatically be rescheduled at no additional cost to the applicant.
6. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, resell resources, or attempt to bypass access controls.
7. Intellectual property
All content, templates and guides are owned by EduCareer Network and licensed to you for personal use only.
8. Immigration and visa disclaimer
- EduCareer Network does not issue visas, residence permits, work permits, or immigration approvals.
- All visa, residence permit, and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities and immigration agencies.
- Our consultants provide guidance, application review, document support, and interview preparation. We do not guarantee approval of any visa, residence permit, admission application, scholarship, employment opportunity, or other outcome.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to official authorities is accurate and complete.
9. Study admission disclaimer
- EduCareer Network provides guidance and support for university applications, scholarships, and study opportunities.
- Final admission decisions are made exclusively by universities and educational institutions.
- EduCareer Network cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, or acceptance decisions.
10. Employment disclaimer
EduCareer Network provides career support including CV guidance, interview preparation, career coaching, and job search resources.
- We do not guarantee employment, sponsorship, job offers, or hiring decisions.
- All employment decisions are made by employers.
11. Third-party disclaimer
The platform may contain links to third-party websites including universities, employers, government websites, and external services. EduCareer Network is not responsible for third-party content, decisions, policies, or availability.
12. No legal advice disclaimer
Information provided through EduCareer Network should not be considered legal, immigration, financial, or official government advice. Users should consult official authorities or qualified professionals for specific legal matters.
13. Disclaimers of warranty
Content is provided "as is". We do not guarantee visa outcomes, admissions, or job placements.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law rules.
